types of files available

Powerpoint Presentations
These slideshow presentations have already been setup so they are ready for you to use. You will need access to a data projector or large screen monitor that you can connect to a computer, as well as Microsoft Powerpoint (or compatible) software. Where possible we have made these files compatible with older versions of Powerpoint, but for best results we recommend using Powerpoint 2000 or XP versions.

Advertising Posters
These are large image files that you can print to help you advertise your program. Each of these contain a white box at the bottom where you can write the specific details for your group. You will need a program that can open a JPG image file and print it. Examples include Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, Corel Draw or even Internet Explorer.

Visual Aids
In most cases these are provided as Powerpoint files (see above) or as individual images. These images can be printed on paper or overhead transparencies, or you can add them to your own presentations.

Masters for Printable Cards
A number of cards have been provided for use with the programs, including memory verse cards and mission cards. Master copies of these have been provided as JPG image files that you can download, arrange the number of copies you need on a page and print them. You will need a program that can open a JPG image file and print it. Examples include Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, Corel Draw or even Internet Explorer.

Leaders Notes
For some programs, printable leaders notes are available in Word document form. You will need Microsoft Word (or compatible software) to print out these notes.
