Drama Summary

Ruby and James are faced with what seems to them, and especially Ruby, to be an impossible task. As they work out the clues they begin to realise that Nic Nac, the inventor of cool games seems to be the enemy. Ruby's response is that it is too hard a scenario.

Kush Ball
Using a "Kush Ball" or small soft ball, you can throw it randomly into the kids and whoever catches it can answer the following questions and get Lollies or a sticker of they get it right. You can spin around, close your eyes, throw between your legs, just have fun with it and get the person who catches it to stand up and answer a question:

Q: The Spirit of ____(who) is to help us in the mission?
Q: Finish this sentence " The mission is impossible ......................."
Q: What kind of way will the spirit of Jesus help us to live?
Q: We never said the mission was always easy, but rather it would be?
Q: Do you know where this mission was said in the Bible?

4 Stations rotations :(Need a leader to man each station)

1. Genesis - In the Beginning, God's original plan was for everything to be perfect. (Beautiful picture). Have paper and pencils (brightly coloured) for the children to draw their own picture of what they think perfection is. As they are doing that talk to them about how God intended in the beginning for everything to be beautiful and perfect Everyone happy, with all that they needed to enjoy life.

You will need

  • Big Box / chains / lock.
  • Suggested songs (CD Provided / Words on OHP in Appendix E).
  • Scene from Mission Impossible 2 and video player and TV .
  • "What" - Powerpoint / CD.
  • Drama props (See Section 4).
  • Kush Ball OR soft small ball.
  • 1 leader for Teaching Time / 2 leaders as guards.
  • Paper / brightly coloured pencils.
  • Black thick (soft) crayons.
  • Blunt knifes to scrape back black crayon.
  • An example of the scraping - with John 3 : 16 underneath the black crayon.
