We are going to look at the life of Jesus and how he travelled, what He considered important in life and what was necessary to complete the journey.
Throughout the program we will be setting out the essentials for discipleship and the way to grow in your relationship with Christ.
The children will conclude this
program with a Backpack and 5
essential things that they need to go on
the Journey with God. Hopefully it is simple and compact enough for children to carry, meaningful enough for them to want to keep, and impactful for them to remember and to refer to throughout life's journey.
The Journey Discipleship CD-Rom is a good resource to go with this program. It’s a great way for kids to continue to grow in their decision to follow Jesus. Send them home with something they will want to look at.
