How to order

You can now order and pay for Spot the Difference resources online using your Visa or Mastercard or even your Paypal account. Simply follow these steps:

1. Browse the available resources including Discovery Learning Material, Music Resources, Books and Other Resources. Some new products are also available in downloadable format saving you money and giving you instant access once your payment has been received.
    
2. Once you have found the product you would like to order, click on the Add to Order button and the product will be added to your order displayed on the left hand side of the page. If you want to remove a product or change the quantity click on the Change My Order button.
    
3. When you are ready to finalise your order, click the Checkout button and enter your details on the checkout page, then select how you would like to pay for the order.
    
4. If you require Postage outside Australia or you have a coupon code you would like to enter, click on the relevant link and make the change to your order. Click on Update Total before you return to the Checkout page.
    
5. Once you've checked out you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you are paying with credit card or Paypal, then click on the Pay Now button and you'll be directed to the secure Paypal payment page to complete your payment. (You do not need to create a Paypal account to make a credit card payment through Paypal)
    
6. If you've ordered products in download format, you will see a link on the Thank you page that will take you to your file downloads. This link will also be included in your email confirmation.
    

If your order only contains products to be posted (ie. no internet download products), you can still pay by cheque. Follow the steps above then select the pay by cheque option when you checkout. Print a copy of your order and mail it with your cheque to SPOT THE DIFFERENCE, PO BOX 391, FIGTREE, NSW 2525, AUSTRALIA.

The postage cost is listed next to each item on the site and the total postage is calculated automatically. Total postage is capped at $12.

Items ordered will be posted once payment has been received. For postage within Australia, you should receive them within 3-5 working days.

International Postage (outside Australia) is available for an additional AU$15 (total capped at AU$27). Please select this option before checking out you order if you live outside Australia.
